A life-long sports fan, Kevin has been a TV/radio personality for the past 8 years. Kevin Dunn recently joined CBS College Sports as an on air host. From 2002-2007, Dunn worked for Sports Radio 1300 “The Zone” in Austin Texas as a co-host on a number of their programs including their afternoon show, The University of Texas Pre-Game Show, and “The College Football Show With Major Applewhite.” He has also served as a color analyst for Longhorns baseball, as well as produced the station’s show, “Sports Day.” from 1998-2000. His other radio credits include ESPN Radio, where he was a regular guest on the “Todd Wright Show” and a correspondent for college basketball and football.
Dunn not only has extensive experience behind the microphone, but experience in front of the cameras. Dunn made his television debut in 2000 as a participant on MTV’s hit show, The Real World: Back to New York. He has spent the last five years as a regular guest analyst for college sports on K-EYE News in Austin and Texas Cable News.
A native of Austin, Texas and a University of Texas at Austin alum, Dunn is single and now resides in New York City. A cancer survivor, Dunn actively supports cancer research and speaks regularly at cancer benefits. |
