Mark founded Maxximum in 1995 and
has overseen its growth into a powerful broadcasting, sports
marketing, entertainment, literary, and endorsement representation
firm. Mark has earned a reputation as a fair negotiator with
a straightforward approach on all business affairs. Mark’s
first major deal was the representation of Lawrence Taylor for
the Warner Brothers feature film Any Given Sunday. Mark’s
other numerous deals for Taylor include F/X’s Toughman
series, Paramount’s feature film Shaft Returns, and his
best selling book LT: Over the Edge, published by Harper Collins.
Mark’s growth in the sports and representation field has
been closely connected with twins Tiki and Ronde Barber. Mark
has exclusively represented the Barbers for all business affairs
since 1999, and has negotiated their deals for the Visa “Twins” commercial,
Cadillac, Johnston & Murphy, Dish Network, as well as their
current line of best selling children’s books and Tiki’s
Memoir Tiki: My Life in the Game and Beyond published by Simon
and Schuster. Upon his retirement, Mark negotiated Tiki’s
current contract with NBC Universal.
As Maxximum Marketing continues its explosive growth, Mark has
focused on building all aspects of the business, predominantly
broadcasting, production and expanding the client base to include
a wide range of talent and producers. Mark is extremely confident
that with recent key additions to its client roster, Maxximum
will be a major force in the broadcasting field for years to
come. With his extensive experience in the representation business,
negotiating tens of millions of dollars on a multitude of contracts,
Mark points to the future with a keen sense of where Maxximum
is heading.
